Human Development for Poor Society (HDPS) started its first activities in Saturia upazila on 20.3.2001. Some of the youths of the area are engaged in social development activities. From then until 2023, for 22 years, many women in the work area have implemented socio-cultural health development programs with the financial and technical support of local donors and the guidance, support, cooperation and ingenuity of the area's timely activities and the support of numerous skilled human resources at the grassroots level. Manage activities in progress. Basically, through their self-reliance efforts, the working community of HDPS has been able to change their fortunes. In the real sense, the development can be called the visible development and which is still being managed by the organization. While the organization has seen success while conducting development activities, it has also faced failures. The organization had to go through many ups and downs for a long time to reach its present position. And although it is not possible to present all the charts in the mentioned annual report, the charts of the financial year 2022-2023 have been presented, which will represent the continuous activities of all the years, as the charts of the organization's achievements and progress will be known, as well as many basic information, unknown things will be known.

Basically, in the financial year 2022-2023, HDPS has reached the age of 22 years. If we look at this long period, it will be seen that the organization has already been able to establish a new concept of village development, which has been formulated jointly by the people and workers of the working area.
