Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with community members, local leaders, and stakeholders to understand their needs and promote the organization’s initiatives.

Program Implementation: Assist in the execution of programs and projects aimed at improving the living conditions of the poor society, ensuring that activities align with organizational goals.

Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data related to community needs, program impact, and participant feedback. Analyze this information to inform decision-making and program improvements.

Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly assess program effectiveness and progress through field visits, reporting on outcomes and challenges to ensure accountability.

Training and Capacity Building: Conduct workshops and training sessions for community members to enhance their skills and knowledge related to health, education, and livelihood.

Resource Mobilization: Identify potential funding sources and assist in the preparation of project proposals to secure resources for ongoing and future initiatives.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on activities, outcomes, and challenges to keep management

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree:

Preferred fields include Social Work, Community Development, Public Health, Sociology, or a related discipline.
Relevant Experience:

Previous experience in community work, NGO operations, or social services can be advantageous, even if the candidate does not have a degree in a related field.
Certification:

Additional certifications in project management, monitoring and evaluation, or specific training relevant to the organization’s focus areas can be beneficial.
Skills:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential.
